Visitors Center

Rock Room
Accommodates 30 people. Features live Reptile, Amphibian and Mammal displays, ground level access, coat racks, indirect access to kitchen and Exhibit Hall. Carpeted floor. Heated.

RE Olds Anderson Rotary Barn

Hal & Jean Glassen Memorial Auditorium
Accommodates 165 people. Heated. Excellent for meetings, receptions, concerts, lectures, dances.

Second floor accessible by elevator. Features stage area and large movie screen.

Gathering Hall Accommodates 100 people. Access to kitchen. First floor. Heated.

Nature Study Classroom Accommodates 20 people. First floor. Heated.

Programs

A cultural or nature-based program may be added to your event. Hikes, games, crafts and a visit to the Moon Log Cabin are only a few of the options available.
Program fees are based on the number of program staff needed per hour to lead the scheduled activities.

Program staff person $35 per hour
Each additional staff $20 per hour

Moon Log Cabin
Though the log cabin is not available for rental, consider incorporating a tour as part of your event.

Fire Circle Use of the fire circle is considered a program and requires staff supervision at all times. Fire circle programs must be completed by 11:00pm and depend on weather and fire permit.

Grounds

The grounds may be rented at any time from sunup to sundown.

Rental of the grounds is in blocks of 3 hours and based on the number of people in your party.

50-100 people $100
100-250 people $175

Outdoor rentals do not have access to the building, except for restrooms. There are no provisions for indoor "backup" unless you also rent a room or building. Grounds rental automatically includes Pavilion use.

Sunrise Pavilion
This out of the way teaching pavilion affords an eastern view of nature's wonders. Perfect for small gatherings.

Accommodates 10-12 under pavilion with maintained grounds for additional usage.
